Is there any point in reporting people with multiple comping accounts?

I think BluBella is right - karma! Plus they mustn't have much of a life if they devote so much time and effort - I bet they don't know who they actually are they have that many identities. The funniest one I saw was a very pretty skinny young girl (picture stolen from instagram) won one of those waist trainers and they posted a thank you pic of them wearing the trainer (head cut off) and you could tell it was either a man wearing it or a larger lady wearing it lol Another was a thank you pic of a watch and bracelet they had won - they took a pic of just their arm with the items on - it was very butch and quite hairy - not the tiny pretty young girl who 'won' it. Crazy!0

It is frustrating - and perhaps a year or two ago compers would make more of a fuss about it, 'outing' them if they won a prize - but the reality is, they can change their usernames, set up new accounts and promoters are no wiser to it. Even worse - because so few Twitter comps have T&Cs that restrict entries to one per person, these multiple account holders are actually doing nothing wrong (except ethically!). All I do is try to politely suggest that promoters do more than ask for a retweet - especially for high value prizes! I much prefer to see them asking for a reply, photo, link or something more than a simple RT click, that a bot can so easily do too.0
