Do all lenders need accounts

Do all mortgage lenders require self employed (partnership) accounts? If you have sa302s and tax overview are there any lenders that will take just those, or if you have bank business statements are they ok?

I enquired with Halifax yesterday, and they require, sa302, tax calculations, and projected income for the current year.0

Thank you, but no statements or accounts?0

I spoke to them via the phone and they didn't mention wanting to see full accounts, although on the information on the website it says they should be available.
I believe they will only want to see full accounts if they need to dig a little deeper to assess you.
They then of course require all the usual stuff, such as bank statements, namely the one where your income goes, and where the deposit will come from0 -
Ok thank you that's a great help, if there's a chance when you go a bit further to reply to the thread it would be very helpful0
