    You should not be making mortgage applications as a self employed person if you do not know what you are doing. There are numerous ways it can go wrong. Even brokers with limited experience with the self employed make a mess of it regularly.

    If we know who the Lender is and what you have supplied so far we might be able to guide you better.

    We saw an advisor and showed her sa302s, shown NatWest sa302s. My personal accounts are fine and no bad credit or anything it's just the accounts part
