I always get The Times at the weekend and don't need this CD (have my own emotionally-induced compulsive behaviour, just not spending).
If anyone would like my copy please drop me a PM.
First come, first served and I'll even pay for postage as my good turn for the day.0 -
Thanks to SueMaggie for the promise of the CD, apologies to any late posters who miss out. I am happy to pass it on once i've finished with it. Not sure if that takes a while to go thru the process.... will know more when i receive my letter (second class post i hope, Sue Maggie!!)
Lovely lady!!!I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
If this is like the CDs that accompany Paul McKenna's self-help books, it will be a self-hypnosis CD containing one session about half an hour long. You should listen to it in one go, but if you find it helpful you will probably want to keep it and use it regularly for a while.
Good luck!0 -
I got this today, and am going to try and rip it to my pc, so if anyone hasn't got it..................fill in the dots yourself as I would never advocate copying and sharing files. Feel free to pm me

Hi All
I got The Times today for the Paul McKenna article on Emotional Spending. Emotional Spending? You bet................I cried buckets paying £1.30 for a newspaper!
Anyway, there's an article that went with it. See the link below. I think the newspaper one is bigger though, it's over two pages. I'd happily type it verbatim if I wouldn't get arrested for copyright or something.
