Zopa Loan - successful?

Seeking some guidance really on the Zopa loan process. I applied for a Zopa loan on Friday and an underwriter of theirs rang me that same day to discuss the purpose of the loan etc. I was curious and on Friday afternoon I logged in to my Zopa account to see if there was any update on a decision and my dashboard said - Status: Accepted and it included a link to the loan contract. Am I right in assuming the loan has been approved, or is it just accepted in terms of it is being worked on? It just seems odd that I haven't heard anything from them and don't want to assume its a done deal if it can still be rejected. Will obviously give them a call tomorrow if I don't hear anything but thought someone on here might know.
Thank you!

  • I know this was a while ago however I just wanted to know what the outcome was?

I too have an 'accepted' status however no other communication from zopa.
  • I just want to say that I find Zopa quite a good business to work with. I like the ethos behind them with lending investors. Plus you can overpay.
