Mortgage application and dissapearing current account

I recently applied for a mortgage with Nationwide as a first-time buyer and, according to the online banking system, they have already checked and verified my proof of deposit documents and proof of income documents and booked the valuation for this coming Friday. However I am a little worried as I checked my online banking app last night and noticed that my current account has disappeared and the situation is the same this morning. I called the Nationwide and they said that this happens sometimes and that I should not worry and just fill in their "missing account" form, which I have done. I mentioned about the ongoing mortgage application and the representative I spoke to said that this won't have anything to do with it. I am, however, sceptical about this as it would seem to be something of a coincidence.
Any thoughts on what is going on? Should I be concerned?
Thanks in advance.

The app/website playing up just means you can't see your account (or do any transactions) - have they confirmed that all else is normal with your account? i.e. it's still there, with your money in, direct debits etc? If so, I'd not worry, give them a couple of days (or however long they've said) for the account to reappear on the website.Mortgage Free thanks to ill-health retirement0

Thanks very much for the reply. I've probably jumped the gun a bit with worrying about it. Hopefully it'll reappear tomorrow0
