Help to buy advice

Hello people,
This may seem stupid but I need some advice on help to buy. Just over a year ago I had previous credit problems but I have now sorted this out and been paid back now for over a year I also had a ccj which is also paid off but this still says on my credit file for 6 years but shows as satisfied. My question is does anyone know my chances of getting a help to buy mortgage on a new build property I have viewed? I have the 5% deposit and can prove my income with payslips just the previous credit problems on file I was wondering about.

You may get a mortgage offer but you need an experienced broker as options will be very limited.I am a Mortgage Broker
