So where do they get the info from, is it not Experian, if not why did he tell me to check them and see why I was declined by the computer?Paddle No 21 :wave:0 -
They will use one or more of the three CRAs - Experian, Equifax and Call Credit.
They advise you to check your files to see if there is information on there you feel is not correct, and that you could rectify.0 -
I was with Equifax and paying £7/month for nearly three years that's a lot of money for some figures on a screen. I now use noddle (free) and since I entered into DMP I know my credit is up the swanny as Equifax keep emailing me to say (they aren't getting me back that easily lol) but I don't care as its just a number and as long as I can afford food, petrol and a roof over my head I don't care

They base there lending decisions on what is in your credit file, not what your credit score is.
