Oh and I found the acidic in tomatoes killed me as well! So be careful about that, as everyone is diff and will have diff triggers, now I can pretty much eat anything. I get the odd pain, twinge but more or less fixed0

Well mine ramped up a notch & I had a week & a half in hospital due to a very inflamed gallbladder & needing an ercp to widen something to prevent sludge getting blocked & to remove a stone lodged in a duct that was causing jaundice!
They released me & told me the gallbladder removal would now be 4-6 weeks.0 -
Apple juice is very good for gall bladder issues. Awful condition and one so many people suffer from. Good luck!0
