Do I need to claim every year separately

Hi, I have submitted an online claim for uniform expenses at £60 p/a
When I submitted the form it asked what year I wanted to claim for with a choice of four previous years. I selected the oldest and guessed I would have to submit for the other years separately? Is this correct?
To confuse matters i went to submit for a different year and now it gives me the choice of 5 years previous?

Will the one claim cover all the years

Are you doing this through hmrc /gov.UK or a private company?

You do understand that you get tax relief on the £60, its not actually £60 that you get back

Yes through Gov.uk and yes I realise it is % of £60

separate claim for each individual tax year

time limit is current tax year plus the 4 preceding ones so:
16/17 (current year) and separate claims for each of 15/16, 14/15, 13/14 and 12/13

You are too late to claim for anything before 6 April 2012
