White chocolate cheese cake. Blitz pack of Aldi bourbons (22p I think)and add to about 2oz of butter or spread (melted). Press into a spring firm cake tin or quiche dish and chill.
Whip a small tub of double cream (65p ish) until it forms peaks and then whip in 3/4 tub of Aldi cream cheese (about 45p).
Melt 3/4 of a bar of Aldi essentials white chocolate (30p)and fold into the cream mixture. Spoon on to the base and spread out so it's even and chill for at least a couple of hours but the longer the better.
Melt rest of the chocolate and drizzle it over the top in zig zag type stripes ( looks nice and needs no skill:):)) and chill to set the chocolate.
It's very rich and real tasty and will serve 8. If you don't like white chocolate it works with milk or plain.
    Enjoy your dinner :)

    Waffle berry pudding.

    Googled a recipe... http://carolynscookware.blogspot.co.uk/2013/01/waffle-berry-pudding.html

I have always used blueberries rather than raspberries.

I'd find a job lot of apples and turn it into an apple and berry crumble, with a pint of cream on the side.

This cheesecake is currently setting in my fridge, I was amazed at how quick it was to prepare. I've had a sneaky lick of the spoons and it tastes lovely. I've used chocolate sprinkles and some grated milk and white chocolate to decorate as its not very smooth on top, I would have used dark chocolate as well but dd doesn't like it. I must say it looks lovely and was very cheap to make, thanks for sharing

Made the cheesecake last night. Friends brought us Chinese takeaway, and I made the pud.

I used milk chocolate. It served three adults and three children with just under a quater left over. Everyone loved it. Thanks for the recipe, its definitely a hit here!! Xx

Well this is a bit scary. I made this cheesecake back in May when the recipe was first posted. I've promised to make it next week for someone at work and just checked in to search for it but there's no need, thanks cheel you've saved my brain from having to search.

Sounds a lot better than our local Budgens 'posh ' cheesecake that they sell at £15.00 !!! I have copy and pasted it into my online cookbook
