Stressing! First time buyer with settled default

Hi everyone.
thanks for reading.
I'm a first time buyer applying for a joint 95% mortgage with my OH. Offer accepted last Thursday and application sent to Danske Bank on tuesday along with proof of income, proof of deposit, proof of ID etc.
I've barely had a wink of sleep as I'm stressing about the mortgage being rejected. I have a default of £1200 from 2011 for an unpaid credit card. this was paid in installments and satisfied in 2014. (a family member took this out in my name, didn't know anything about it until the debt collector letter came. with it being family couldn't really report it as fraud)
Apart from this, everything else on my record is squeaky clean and my OH's has up to date car finance with no missed payments.
I was very clear in disclosing it to my broker, and they are confident that all should be ok.
Does anyone have any experience of getting mortgages with defaults? Seriously stressing.
Thanks

If your broker is confident, not sure why you are no relying on their opinion.
They are better placed then anyone on here to take an informed view.I am a Mortgage Broker
