1. The Promotion will consist of 3 promotions which will run for two weeks each for 6 consecutive weeks in total.
2. Each Promotion will run for two weeks
   
   Week 1: Start at 00:00 on 28th April, 2016 and the closing time/date for the Promotion is 5pm on 11th May, 2016.
   
   Week 3: Start at 00:00 on 12th May, 2016 and the closing time/date for the Promotion is 5pm on 25th May, 2016.
   
   Week 5: Start at 00:00 on 26th May, 2016 and the closing time/date for the Promotion is 5pm on 8th June, 2016.Winner
   
3. There will be one winner every two weeks, who will be selected in a random draw by an independent judge from all eligible entries, held on the week following the end of each weeks Promotion. The winner(s) will be notified by the Promoter by email within one week of this date and will be given details of how to accept their prize. Failure by the winner(s) to accept the prize in the manner specified within one week of the Promoter's email will make any claim invalid and the Promoter will then select another winner (again selected randomly in a draw) from all remaining eligible entries who will be contacted as above.
4. The fortnightly prize for each of the 3 promotions is 2 adult and 2 children tickets to winner’s choice of Go Ape location in the UK. Therefore, overall there will be 12 tickets (6 adult and 6 children) in total to win under the Promotion over the 6 weeks.
5. Go Ape will last between 2-3 hours and is subject to availability at time of booking and at Go Ape’s discretion (excluding Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter and Bank Holiday). Adults must be over 18 years old and any children must be over 10 years old and accompanies by an adult. All prizes must be claimed, booked and redeemed by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
6. Once the winner has selected dates, Go Ape tickets will be sent via email (e-ticket format) to the winner.
7. Gifts, prizes and other promotional items are not transferable, may not be re-sold and are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to substitute any such gift, prize or item with a gift, prize or item of equal value.
