2 hour inspection on house for mortgage value

Been booked in for a 2 hour inspection on our house should we be concerned that they will try and devalue the price?

What indicates that they'll be a devaluation?

The time allowed suggests that it might a homebuyers report not simply a valuation.

Who are "they" ? And I agree it cant possibly just be a valuation.
Obviously the buyers have booked a full monty survey which will raise a gazillion idiotic issues. Red mark, no electric safety certificate. Red mark, there may be Japanese knot weed in the patch beyond the end of the garden the surveyor couldn't see. Red mark, there may be asbestos on the artex ceiling covering ...etc.

    Are these FTBers purchasing ?

Is that not the window when they might arrive?

You don't have many options; you could drop your price, or wait for a cash buyer who is prepared to pay the asking price.
The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.

Then it's a matter between you and your purchaser.

Then you might be wrong about it being worth the money. Do you have evidence that it is? What's 10/15k in percentage terms?
