    Not sure what the qualifications are, but when I entered my date of birth it said I didn't qualify for the survey (didn't get asked for any contact info either, so being disqualified means you are not entered into the draw).

    EDIT: (see post #8) seems you need to be at least 35 years old to qualify

    Yes, seems (with a bit of trial and error experimenting) you need to be at least 35 years old to qualify.

    Didn't want to lie, so got my mum to enter instead (she's plenty over 35!) :D

    It kicks you out if you say you haven't listened to the radio in the last 4 weeks too.

    I think you have to have listened to certain radio stations- it kicked me out when I ticked the "other" box as I only tend to listen to local radio stations and I also ticked "Heart" as I think I heard it in my friend's car the other day!! Maybe if you stick to big stations you'd be okay.
