Step.Recieved a letter from them today,Next have instructed them that they want the FULL amount of £414.49.If this is not paid it will be passsed onto their solicitors for litigation and enforcement.
Being a bit thick here what is litigation and enforcement?
can they put a charging order on my house for this amount?

This is a normal tactic for Debt Collection Agencies. However, providing that you actually acknowledge the debt, you should make an offer of payment by instalments that YOU can afford and NOT what they demand.
They MUST listen to your proposals - see OFT Debt Collection Guidelines
http://www.oft.gov.uk/shared_oft/business_leaflets/consumer_credit/oft664.pdf
In the meantime, even if you are only making a token £1 monthly payment, their options are extremely limited - they are CERTAINLY a long way away from being able to put a 'charging order' on your house.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. PAYPLAN will advise you, but it is wrong for a dca to put undue pressure on you, when you have informed them that your debt is being handled by a debt counselling charity.
There really isn't a lot that they CAN do - if they took you to court the judge would see that you are making payments through Payplan and would probably laugh them out of court.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. Very little.
If they were stupid enough to go to court, your show that you are in DMP and making appropriate payment via payplan
IQOR are in breach of OFT Guidelines
1. Refusing to work with your nominated representative - Payplan
2. Demanding full payment
3. Not accepting a reasonable offer
4. Suggesting that they can use law to get full payment out of you when they cant - taking advantage of debtors ignorance of the law I think it is calledIf you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0
