Chasing up homebuyers report

Hi,

My mortgage valuation and the homebuyers report were both carried out on the same day, the 29th April, by Natwest.

I have since received my mortgage offer, but I have not paid for the homebuyers report and I have not received it. My mortgage advisor just said the homebuyers report has been done and it will be sent directly to me.

Is there any way I can chase this up with natwest? I have no idea which number I should ring or anything.

    Update: my mortgage advisor never instructed a homebuyers report to be done :eek:

    Having one done independently of the lender's surveyor is a better idea anyway, IMHO.
