Cleaning matt emulsion walls?

Not sure this is the right forum ...
We are moving out of our flat this weekend. Some of the walls (whole flat is painted in white emulsion) have a few marks on them, some worst than others. I'm a little paranoid that the landlord will use it as an excuse to deduct some money off the deposit. Can anyone suggest a good product (and ideally not too expensive) to take marks, finger prints off white matt walls? I was thinking of one of the Flash range, the ones with bleach?

I got a JML Magic Eraser from Woolworths it was £3.99 and it is really good. It managed to get permanant marker off painted walls and is fab at removing fingerprints. It's a big block that you can cut to size and it only needs water to activate it.

Sugar soap, you can buy it in a spray bottle ready to use, costs about £1.0
