Parking Ticketing Ltd have been extracting the micheal for too long ,


gone now is the page that still threatened clamping http://www.parkingticketing.co.uk/index.php/clampingcar-removal-appeals.html


on the appeals section they only listed 3 options


Only the driver/keeper of the vehicle is entitled to appeal

1:I am the keeper and was driving
2:I am not the keeper but was driving
3:I was not driving nor am I the keeper




however there is now an added extra line , "I am the keeper but was not driving"

the BPA have admitted that this was a clear breech of policy , and TOLD them to alter and amend


but will they sanction them?
