1. One (1) prize available. The prize entitles the winner and one other person travelling together to return Economy Class tickets with Malaysia Airlines on flights to Sabah (Kota Kinabalu) via Kuala Lumpur, including taxes and charges, departing from Heathrow and accommodation for 2 people at the Sutera Harbour Resort.
2. The prize is valid for travel between 1 July 2016 and 30 June 2017, subject to availability. Please note travel over UK and Indonesian national holidays, UK school holidays and Chinese New Year are exempt periods of travel. Both passengers must travel together.
3. The winner and their guest must be over 18 years of age.
4. The prize does not include travel insurance, visas, meals or any other costs of a personal nature not stated (including spending money) for the winner and their companion.
5. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
6. Winners must ensure that they have valid passports, visas and travel insurance at the time of travel. No responsibility will be taken if the winners are unable to travel due to insufficient documentation.
7. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the winner. It is the responsibility of the winner to enquire about local issues and conditions at destinations before travel.

12. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. The closing date for entries is 30 June 2016. The judges cannot accept responsibility for late or lost entries. Entry cannot be accepted if all details are not provided.
15. The prize winners will be drawn at random from those entrants whose entries have reached Heathrow Airport Limited by the closing date.
16. The winners will be notified by email within 7 days of closing. If the prize is unclaimed by the initial winners drawn within fourteen days (14) days, no further draws will take place, as Heathrow Airport Limited's decision regarding selection of winners is final and there will be no further correspondence.
