Terms & Conditions for the Barclaycard Presents British Summer Time Hyde Park & Radley Handbag Giveaway (the “Prize Draw”)

1. Introduction
a) The Prize Draw is organised and run by Radley + Co Ltd (“Radley”), who can be contacted at 3rd Floor, McBeath House, 310 Goswell Road, London, EC1V 7LW.
b) By entering this Prize Draw you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and any decisions reached by Radley, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Prize Draw.
c) The Prize Draw starts at 00:01 on 16 May 2016 and will close at 23:59 on 13 June 2016 (the “Prize Draw Period”).
2. Who can enter this Competition?
a) Participants must be:
i. aged 16 or over; and
ii. residents of the UK with a UK postal address.
b) The Prize Draw is not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Radley, any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Radley, or any supplier of goods or services in connection with the Prize Draw, or the spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
c) By entering the Prize Draw you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Radley reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and disqualify an entrant for submitting false information.
4. What are the prizes?
a) No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw and entry is free.
b) Participants can enter the Prize Draw by completing all required details in the online Prize Draw entry form available on the Radley website at http://www.radley.co.uk/festival-competition.
c) Participants can only enter the Prize Draw once. Multiple entries are not permitted.
d) All entries must be received by Radley during the Prize Draw Period or they will be void. Radley will not accept responsibility for:
i. Prize Draw entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
ii. any change in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements that may prevent a winner from accepting, taking or using a prize.
e) After the expiration of the Prize Draw Period, one (1) winner will be selected at random, in accordance with the laws of chance, from all valid online entries received.
f) The winner will be notified via email by 23:59 on 17 June 2016.
g) If the winner does not acknowledge Radley’s communication and provide a UK postal address by email within seven (7) days of the initial email identifying them as the winner, they will be deemed to have forfeited their right to the prize and an alternate entrant will be selected in his or her place from all valid entries received. h) If the winner is found to be ineligible or if any potential winner does not comply with the Terms, then the winner may, in Radley’s sole discretion, be disqualified and an alternate prize winner will be selected.
i) The decision of Radley regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
5. General
a) There will be one (1) winner. The winner shall be entitled to receive:
i. Two (2) general admission tickets to the Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park event on 2 July 2016; and
ii. One (1) handbag of the winner’s choice from https://www.radley.co.uk.
b) Any expense outside of those specified in the prize details, will be the prize winner’s sole responsibility.
c) Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have a cash value of zero. Prizes are for personal use only and are not for resale. Prizes may be forfeited in the event that Radley determines that the prize is being misused. Radley reserves the right to substitute a prize of an equal or greater value in its absolute discretion.
