Oh I see now, our lender fee of £35 was added to mortgage. Solicitors £1020 (I think it depends on the property) , broker £349. £500 will be definitely deducted from deposit right?
And we pay for removals only £30 an hour, I think will be plenty of time for us.

how did you get a cash back from them? what's the deal?

4% fixed two years and £250 cash back 10 days after completion.

I'm not sure why you would add the £35 fee onto the mortgage and pay interest on it, especially if you paid the other £99 of it.
