Entries must be submitted between 17 May 2016 and 30 June 2016. The prizes will be drawn on the 1 July 2016 and there are two prizes to be won. Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over only.
First prize winner will win a holiday for 2 to either Dubai, Las Vegas or the Caribbean (includes flights, 4*hotel and an overseas airport transfer) plus £200 to spend on SimplyBe.co.uk. The Dubai option includes 5 nights in a 4 star rating hotel on a half board basis. The Las Vegas option includes 5 nights in a 4 star hotel on a room only basis. The Caribbean option includes 7 nights in a 4 star all-inclusive hotel. Caribbean destination options include either Antigua, Dominican Republic, Cuba, Jamaica, Barbados, St. Lucia or the Riviera Maya (Mexico). The runner up prize winner will win a 3 night European city break for 2 (includes flights, accommodation and an overseas airport transfer) plus £200 to spend on SimplyBe.co.uk.
All holiday destinations are subjected to availability. The holiday must be booked within 3 months and must be completed within 12 months of winning the prize.

Terms & conditions - Simply Be Choose Your Holiday Prize Draw.
1. JD Williams & Company Limited trading as Simply Be, registered office: Griffin House, 40 Lever Street, Manchester, M60 6ES. (“Promoter”) is holding a prize draw on 1 July 2016 (“Prize Draw”).
2. Entering the Prize Draw constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions ("Terms"). Multiple entries are not permitted. No purchase necessary.
3. The Prize Draw is only open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and N Brown Group Plc, any of their group companies, their agents or anyone professionally associated with this Prize Draw are ineligible to enter.
4. To enter the Prize Draw the participants must watch the video, answer the question and fill in the form on the Promotors Facebook application between 17 May 2016 and 30 June 2016 in UK (“Draw Period”). Entries submitted and/or received outside of the Draw Period will not be accepted and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries which are lost or corrupted during transmission.
5. There will be one first prize winner and one runner up. The winners will be selected at random by computer and will be contacted via an email within 14 days of the Prize Draw date on the email address provided to the Promoter. If the winner fails to respond within 14 days of notification (alternatively refused to accept the prize) a new winner will be selected at random by computer.
6. The holiday prizes are being provided by icelolly.com.
7. The first prize winner will win:

7.1. £200 to spend on clothing from the Simply Be websites. The winner must make their selection from the Simply Be website and email thier choices to the Simply Be team on matthew.rice@jdwilliams.co.uk. If the items chosenare not available in stock or in your size, an alternative of equal value will be provided. Unsuitable items may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery procided they have not been used and/or damaged by you. Items should be delivered within 14 days of confirmation of your order.

7.2. Upon winning the First prize, the winner must choose which holiday they would want to go on from Las Vegas, Dubai or the Caribbean. The chosen holiday will include:

i. 2 return economy class flights from a UK airport to either Las Vegas, Dubai or the Caribbean.

ii. The Dubai option includes 5 nights in a 4 star rating hotel on a half board basis.

iii. The Las Vegas options includes 5 nights in a 4 star hotel on a room only basis.

iv. The Caribbean option includes 7 nights in a 4 star all inclusive hotel. The Caribbean options include either Antigua, Dominican Republic, Cuba, Jamaica, Barbados, St. Lucia or the Riviera Maya (Mexico). The Caribbean destinations are subject to availability and icelolly.com reserve the right to specify the exact Caribbean destination at the time of booking.

v. All accommodation is based on 2 adults sharing a twin or double room. Return airport transfers in either Las Vegas, Dubai or the chosen Caribbean destination.

8. The runner up prize winner will win:

8.1. £200 to spend on clothing from the Simply Be websites. The winner must make their selection from the Simply Be website and email their choices to the Simply Be team on matthew.rice@jdwilliams.co.uk. 8.2. Three night holiday to a European City, which will include:

i. 2 return economy class flights from a UK airport to a chosen European city. Choices include Barcelona, Rome, Milan, Venice, Paris, Amsterdam, Prague or Berlin. All European City destinations are subject to availability and icelolly.com reserve the right to specify the exact destination at the time of booking.

ii. 3 nights' nights’ accommodation for 2 on a room only basis (accommodation is based on 2 adults sharing a twin or double room).

iii. Return airport transfers in chosen European city.

9. All holiday destination choices are subject to availability. The winners must book their holidays within the first 3 months of the prizes being awarded and holidays must be completed within 12 month of the prizes being awarded, otherwise the prize will be withdrawn. Once the booking has been confirmed, any alteration to the booking will incur administrative charges, payable by the holiday prize winners. Once the holiday bookings are confirmed with icelolly.com the Promotor will have no further liability and the holidays will be subject to icelolly.com terms and conditions.

10. The First Prize excludes departures between the 17th December 2016 and the 1st January 2017. The runner up prize excludes departures from the 26th to 28th August 2016, 17th December 2016 to 2nd January, 14th to 17th April 2017, 28th April to 1st May 2017, 26th to 29th May 2017 and 25th August to 28th August 2017.

11. The choice of departure airport is subject to flight availability. The prizes do not include transfers or travel in the UK, meals or refreshments, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, spending money and any other expenses.

12. The prize winners and their guests are responsible for ensuring that they have a valid passport, travel insurance, travel visa and obtain any necessary vaccinations for their trip at their own cost, as well as being responsible for any departure/arrival taxes.

13. The Promoter will not be liable if the Prize Draw cannot go ahead, is delayed or cancelled because of a legal or regulatory issue, a systems failure, the failure by any third party to perform services or for any cause beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.

14. The Promoter will not be liable for and accepts no responsibility for any entries or prizes lost, delayed, damaged, not received or incompletely received for whatever reason.

15. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion to disqualify without notice (a) any participant who it reasonably believes has acted fraudulently, tampered with or attempted to disrupt or tamper with the operation of the Prize Draw or acted in violation of these Terms; and (b) entries which are not in accordance with these Terms.

16. The Promoter reserves the right at any time and without prior notice to change these Terms and/or to withdraw, alter or suspend the Prize Draw for legal or technical reasons without any liability. The Promoter will notify withdrawal, alteration or suspension of the Prize Draw by posting a notice to that effect on https://www.simplybe.co.uk as soon as reasonably practicable.

17. The winners and their guests may be required to participate in publicity including being featured in icelolly.com social media. Refusal to do so will be considered a breach of the Terms and will result in the withdrawal of the prize.

18. Details of the winner (first name and home town) will be made available upon receipt of a stamped address envelope marked for the attention of the Prize Draw Manager at the above address for the Promoter.

19. The prizes cannot be exchanged or transferred. There are no cash alternatives available. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

20. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable all remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts
