Free: Paul McKenna Overcome Emotional Spending

Hello
I thought this might be relevant to this forum, particularly in light of recent threads about emotional spending patterns, but feel free to move it if you disagree.
Anyway, free with tomorrow's Times (so purchase necessary) is a Paul McKenna Overcome Emotional Spending CD.
I quote: "In two tracks, he will show you how you may be spending money for all the wrong reasons, and help you change your mind set to counter the problem."
I confess, I don't know how much The Times on Saturday is, because I get mine at a much-reduced subscribers rate, but I would have thought about £1.50?
I will be getting a copy, so I'll gladly mail my disc to anyone who wants it. Emotional spending is not a concern of mine, but don't worry, I have plenty more 'issues' to deal with!

Thanks for the tip, I have used some of Mckennas relaxation stuff before and it seemed to work pretty well. This could well be worth a look although I think I have already got over my emotional spending stage and am well into Frugal mode.Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 297 - Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts
