Hi i am 6 months into my natwest mortgage. I need to borrow some extra money on top now due to home improvements.
Mortgage amount is £72,000 and house valuation is £220,000.
Currently the deal i got was 1.59% for 2 years.
What are my options shall i discuss a new deal or just get the additional borrowing seperate and will i have to pay an exit fee
Need £40,000
