Is anyone else getting email alerts linked to messages days old. Then when you login and click on the message links you get errors. I had about 6 emails like that this evening.
Last Thursday I got emails alerting me to new messages, I looked at the messages on Friday, they were for statements on various accounts, all the links failed to produce the documents. Contacted them and they said the statements should be ready in 24 hours. Why send emails alerting to messages not yet ready, and when the messages are ready the links to documents fail because the documents are not yet available. They certainly seem to be having some administration problems.

I think that half of their problem is that they are still having to run some aspects of the documentation on their old website and some on the new website.
I say new website, but it is at least 6 months old now so one would have thought that they would have ironed out these glitches long since. I still have to be directed to the old site in order to read some messages but have never had any communication from them explaining why they can't get the new site to do everything.Old dog but always delighted to learn new tricks!0 -

I've used them for 6 months and thus far my view is positive.0

I opened a dealing account recently, and transferred 3 family isas in because of their capped fees. Everything went smoothly, including registering a power of attorney and getting income payments on one of the isas, so no complaints so far.0
