New credit after mortgage offer

Hi
I have obtained a mortgage offer and wanted to know what impact a new car insurance policy (paid monthly hence starting a new credit agreement) would have on the offer? Presumably the lender will credit check before release of funds. If the car insurance appears on my credit report could the lender withdraw their offer?
Thanks for your help in advance.

None at all. Obtaining insurance is a normal activity within reason.0
