i've taken loads of these hertz, ford and nectar and never get the points credited grrr

Surprisingly this survey seems to be still running so give it a go if you missed this thread the first time round.

Just noticed too that at the bottom of the page is the T's & C's which says "To collect 250 Nectar points simply fully complete all questions in the questionnaire and submit by 2nd November 2007. Points will be credited to your account within 60 days of submitting the questionnaire."
