New credit after offer but before completion?

Hi
I have an offer for a Nationwide mortgage..
My lease car runs out in a few weeks and I'm moving over to a new lease with different company.
I applied for this before we got any mortgage offer /DIP but I'm worried once I take delivery of the car the credit agreement will then show up properly.
Is this likely to cause issues?

I have had this twice. Didn't cause an issue. I let the broker know so they could put a note on the file.0
