Add me to the list of disappointed people who received the same email. Guessing they won't honour their error - shame as been the worst year ive had and would have been nice.

For goodness sake it was obviously a genuine error. They do happen you know. Congrats to the winner of which there was only one. Hardly put the rest of us out. Most of us knew we weren't called Chris.

Not everybody lives on moneysavingexpert 24/7 so getting an email saying you've won with a contact email still increases the olde heart rate so sorry us mere mortals were a bit disappointed - jees!

I had one once from Taking Shape saying I'd won with a different name. I obviously queried it and they eventually came back saying I had won (I'm still not sure, but think they honoured it anyway).

Always worth checking!

Who remembers the Boots fiasco when they did that to all of us saying we'd won a trip to Barcelona (I think). They sent it to everyone who entered. I think they compensated us all with loads of Boots points (about 20 quids worth).
