Losing the Tummy Excess

Another agreement for changing your diet. If your waistline is expanding, you're eating (and drinking, if you have any drinks other than water) too many calories and that's much easier to fix with diet than exercise. An hour of walking is great for your health in other ways, but it doesn't burn very many calories. Maybe around 250 depending on your weight/fitness and the route's terrain. To put it into perspective, that's barely going to cover the calories in an average sized chocolate bar or a pint of beer.
If you need help with this, consider joining a slimming club or just use a free website/app like MyFitnessPal to track how many calories you're eating. If you put in your stats, it'll give you a recommended daily calorie limit to lose weight. You can't specifically reduce belly fat as others have said, but reducing your overall body fat (which will come off wherever your body feels like) will eventually make a difference.0 -
I'm going through incremental changes at the moment, no eating after 11 pm, walking home from work and twice a week to the gym. I've upped my fluid intake at work with diluted orange although I am going to have to try to get onto water.0
