Tenth Anniversary Combo Breaker Car Insurance Carver! Debt-free and Proud!
    Morning all.
Nothing of note to report here. I just hope I can avoid the big day out spend day. You know the one, I need milk. £250 later come home exhausted with loaded car. That is my whole plan for the weekend. I might also make myself do Windows???? Maybe????

    Morning!

    I'm pleased to say that I managed to get my DFW list complete yesterday, so here's todays;

    - Brought my breakfast and lunch with me to work
    - Charged my phone at work
    - Shower at the gym
    - Contact tax office as I'm on emergency tax (that's surely not right)
    - Find a healthy, filling and cheap soup recipe (any recommendations?)

Have a great day everyone :)

    Hi All,

    Its nearly the weekend! :T

Got to bed at 10pm last night. DS2 was so poorly yesterday but had a better night and has woken a lot better. Usual school run dramas with DS1 and DD constantly bickering :mad::mad: DS2 decided to have an exploding nappy incident this morning which went EVERYWHERE so had to dunk him in a quick bath! The neighbours friend nearly walked into my pushchair today and quickly apologised, until she realised who it was and then swore at me! Seriously this behaviour is both childish and getting me down.

    - school run done
    - do two washes for my mum and sneaked in DS1's school top so it dries in time :rotfl:done
    - house hunt
    - check bank and update finances done
    - finalise paperwork with intention of starting DMP next month (self managed) updated most balances and got nearly all addresses required
    - nursery run with DD
    - meals from stores
    - ironing
    - put wash on at home

    Hugs to all x

Determined if you are worried about mice I'd get onto the council. I once lived in an upstairs flat where the downstairs neighbour refused to do the garden so it got like a jungle. We had mice everywhere by the end. The lowest points were having a mouse run out from behind the toilet whilst I was on it, & sleeping with the window open one hot night and waking to find mouse poo on top of our sheet. The dirty !!!!ers had run over us in the night.

It took 3 visits from the exterminator and they still didnt shift so we moved!

Debt Free-Nillionaire Continuity Plan Year Two:

    * Trip to the dentist for a check-up. I'm having an amalgam filling replaced with a composite one. Dentist said it could wait 6 months if I wanted to risk it but I don't want to risk the tooth falling apart so I'm getting it fixed. Will need to reserve £70 for this. :o

    * Going to the heated (filtered) sea water, outdoor swimming pool in the next town today. The sun should reach 21c today. Really lovely! The sun was out and we swam and then made camp on the sunloungers round the pool. Will remember for next time that they allow you to bring and eat a packed lunch on the patio. The water was warmer than the local indoor pool.

    * Will go spend the £16 credit card loyalty vouchers in M&S food hall. Got lots of bargains. A whole bag of shopping for 12p. Mainly bought meat and fruit. And, because I have a Sparks loyalty card I got an extra 10% off the food and 20% off the cold meats we bought. I think this offer is on for the next couple of days/

    * And DW just got paid for her last physio-terrorism contract. Yay!

    How's it going?

  • Hehe Bob... He has an upset stomach, we have had another three since (thankfully not as messy!!).

Well, I spoke to my local chemist and we are starting with an e-cig and see how we go. Once I can get that regulated then I think I will be in a better place to consider patches etc... Fingers crossed! Will keep you all posted. x
