County court claim form from excel
LBCOOKS
I received a county court claim form from excel regarding an unpaid parking fine.
The amount is now approx £250 and I have only a few days left to decide to acknowledge it and defend it
I don't know whether to defend it as I have a letter from the bank to say I paid for parking at another place within the time it says I was parked in excels car park. The letter just states the time I paid at the other car park. Would this be suffient evidence or would they argue it s not my car ?
I also asked for better pictures from a debt company but got no response. Advice asap would be gladly received

same advice as given in this similar thread
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5460897
ie:-
read post #1 court section of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread
read parking pranksters court guide book
search the forum using the forum search box and suitable search words for recent 2016 court cases and cherry pick from what they are doing or have done to aid your defence0 -
And this one:

Search the forum for 'court defence' and read some examples here from recent months in 2016 ONLY (not older).
Also read 'Small Claim?' in the NEWBIES thread which has a link to a post by bargepole about what happens when. And look at the recent court wins this week too, so you can see these are not all lost nor should people just fold and pay, seeing as there is no effect on credit rating as long as you don't miss a deadline in following the court directions.
First thing is to acknowledge the claim online, then research defences by searching the forum and reading the section in the NEWBIES thread and the Parking Prankster's blogs.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
