Halifax DIP - How long until I can reapply?

I went for a DIP from the Halifax just to see I might be offered. I was offered a low amount, possibly because the £11k of stoozing debt I recently paid off was still showing on my report. How long before I can apply to the Halifax again? Also, which other lenders give DIP with just a sort search?
