    any type of mortgage is a terrible idea if you don't make the repayments.

    I have seen that written on this site before and have a feeling it is something to do with either a wind up or spam messages.

    Am I close or should I go sit on the naughty step for being a numpty?

    Yup, a troll is usually someone on the wind-up. I'm almost inclined to agree on this one.

    If not, I feel for her tenant. He/she has a landlord who cannot afford the mortgage, hasn't a clue what she's doing and cannot grasp proper English.
