I have just been quoting for a client on a mortgage for same amount. 23 yrs for about £450 a month (fixed).
There were cheaper payments available but the fees were not worth paying as the savings did not justify them.
I cannot tell you who or what mortgage is right for you as I do not know your full circumstances but hopefully it will give you an idea of where you are going to be at.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. He can't say, is it could lead you to the wrong decision/ the best way to source the cheapest mortgage is through a qualified mortgage adviser (whole of market) but if you really want to do it yourself try moneysupermarket.com or moneyfacts.co.ukI am a Mortgage Adviser
