Hello,
I'm currently researching taking out a mortgage to buy my first property. Doing a quick Google search led me to first mortgage. I'm thinking of speaking to a mortgage advisor there.
Does anyone have any experience in dealing with first mortgage? They offer free impartial advice so figured why not. I'm wanting to find out information such as how much I can borrow, expected monthly repayments, and of course finding the best deal possible for me personally. I have an idea of the sort of property I'm after.
I've been reading up about mortgages as much as possible and have a basic understanding of various types. If anyone has a recommendation of a good mortgage advisor in the Dundee/Fife area Scotland, then I'd really like to know. I'd be willing to pay for advice.
Also, if there are any other good resources available on the web, then please point me to them! I've read the guides on this site which have been very helpful!
