    Hiya

Mine disappear when I moisturise really regularly - so twice a day. I never have them on holiday - must be all that sun tan lotion and now I am pregnant I apply lotions and potions twice a day and they have gone again x

Same with me - I found fish oil tablets (even thought they are truly vile) have made my skin clear up no end (face, neck and arms). That, *lots* of water and not drinking diet coke any more worked for me. Hope you find something that helps, best of luck cel x

i've been taking fish oils for a month now and i've noticed that my arms seemed to have cleared up considerably.
it's not 100% gone, but my arms definitely look and feel a lot smoother than they were.

i was originally taking the oils to help my concentration, but they seem to have done !!!!!! all there!
