online form completion question

I have been looking through the threads to try and find out about completing forms online (i have started) most of my debts have benn passed on to collection agencies as they are almost all from my previous marriage back in 1998 does that mean i need to put the collection agency as my creditor or the original lender.

Again thanks for your help.

I asked the same question.. what I did was put the collection agencies details down and in brackets put the original lender. I guess it will be ok but the OR will go through all that with me I think when I have my interview... :)

    They will, yes.

Putting down both lots of info is just fine. Not sure if there is always room on the online forms (I filled in the paper ones), but if not you can include it as extra info in section 13.

I completed the forms online - when I checked them through before printing I noticed that on the section entitled "Bank Accounts and Crit Cards" said to put down the name of the original creditor e.g. loan or cc company, but that if the debt had been passed to a DCA then to put that in the address details.
