            Morning!
Thanks for starting us off soworried, re joining SW on Thursday so trying to eat more veg in my meals this week. I've done it before but had a break and feel I need to go back to get back on track.
Breakfasts are cereal, toast or crumpets and lunches are only for me this week as DD school and DS nursery.
Kids have an earlier tea than us but I have things in the freezer for them from my batch cooking so they usually have the same as us but on different days, either frozen meals or left overs. I'll always cook extra potatoes etc so there is some for the next day.
•Monday - Steak, chips & Peppercorn sauce
•Tuesday - spaghetti Bol
•Wednesday - Chicken fajitas wraps
•Thursday - fish, lemon cous cous & kale
•Friday - spiced pork, jerseys & green veg
•Saturday - chicken wrapped in bacon, jacket potatoes & roasted veg
•Sunday - roast dinner
Have a good week everyone xxLiving the simple life0 -
            Afternoon All,
Running late today as I had a pants day yesterday (Which involved learning the proper way to apply a lump hammer to a washing machine:mad:) and decided to reschedule my delayed walk to first thing this morning (before I could change my mind).
This week will be a little bitty - traveling to North Wales for work mid-day Tuesday, and coming back via my dear papa on either Friday or Saturday.
Tonight will be stir fry - butternut squash noodles, kale, mushrooms, peppers, maybe some other bits.
Monday night is turkey breast and root mash with leftover stirfry veg
Monday and Tuesday lunch will be egg salad - baby spinach, toms, peppers
Then I'll be subject to the whims of the hotel and my dad.
Hope everyone has a fab week (and we get to keep this sun for a bit longer :j)
NSThat sounds like a classic case of premature extrapolation.

            What are posh burgers Islandmaid?

Just a high quality quarter pounder, in a toasted brioche bun, with HM Aoili, sliced dill pickles and a handful of rocket.
As opposed to the greasy, flat, tasteless ones from the well known clown based burger emporium, which my DS goes to on a weekend
Only 'posh' in comparison
