Hi guys,
Im due to remortgage my flat which i brought under the right to buy a few years ago. One thing that is concerning me is the ability to find a lender that will lend on my flat as:
1) It's ex council
2) It's on the fourth floor in a 10 floor block
I know that i have equity and i would only be looking for a 70% LTV mortgage.
Can anyone recommend any lenders
Thanks
K

Who is your current lender?

Assuming you are out of your pre-emption period you should have plenty of options. Norwich & Peterborough, Cheltenham & Gloucester, Halifax, Abbey, Woolwich would all look at it. There will be more choices than this as well.I am a Mortgage Adviser
