I am trying to get from Milton Keynes to Attleborough in Norfolk.
Train or bus , what is the best and cheapest way?

The cheapest (and quickest) way if you can book well in advance is by train - to Euston, tube or walk to Kings Cross, train to Cambridge, another train to Attleborough. Cost (including the tube if you use it) from £20.20 one way. A walkon off peak ticket for the same route is a bit over £60, a return very little extra. 3 hours and a bit
If you can't book much in advance you could get the X5 bus every half hour from Milton Keynes to Cambridge, walk or bus to the station and get a train to Attleborough. Bus fare on the X5 is £9.25 one way, £1.70 for the local bus and £16.30 for an offpeak rail ticket. Total journey time maybe 4 hours plus.0 -
Thanks for the info but can you give me a link to the site that gives £20.20 fare0

Just avoid those that charge fees.
