  • Thanks for all of the responses, I can be pretty organised when I want to be, usually when I'm at work, have normally been a bit more relaxed at home. But now I think I will become the queen of lists, the kids and OH will have designated jobs and I plan to have a huge cook off this weekend and get lots put into the freezer - am I best to use those metal trays with cardboard lids like you get in the chippy or some sort of other plastic microwaveable box?

    I've been Money Tipped!
    I tend to use microwaveable boxes as I need to send food in with DS2 to nursery and at least they can just micro it in his dish then.
    Meant to say; we have a chalk board in the kitchen and we write on it stuff that has got used up straight away and also the best before dates of stuff in the fridge ...
