Hi PaP - waited eagerly for you to start the thread - did you have a good day at work? Enjoy the driving lesson.
My son (bless him:rolleyes: ) emptied half a jar of coffee into the teabag jar, and it mixed with all the 'tea-dust' making it taste awful - so I had to spend £1.17 to get a jar of coffee in Tesco.
I wouldn't mind, but my son doesn't even drink coffee. :mad:I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

NS so far but I'm now going to get my legs waxed and meet my friend for a drink. I'm going on holiday on Saturday and I draw the line at waxing my own legs (too painful). Yesterday was a NS though so that numbs it a little (still feeling the hit of paying for the holiday though). Roll on payday.MFi3 member 105 - MFW date Oct 2023 - 12 years 9 months more0

£2 for son's school bus fare again. I'm going to buy him a bus pass on Monday but they won't do termly ones, only a month at a time, so there's always a couple of weeks each half term where it's cheaper to pay daily (cursed bus company!)Finally Debt Free After 34 Years, But Still Need to Live Frugally

rog ~ hun if i am not around start the thread. Its hard when i work shifts, but its easier to get a job that works shifts :rotfl: and it wouldnt be very mse if i didnt have a job :rotfl: work was fine hunni... worried over tonight but that went well. Prep day today so 100's of sandwiches for me
HairyHandofDartmoor ~ i hate bus companys too. Could you not get monthly ones but stop them before 1/2 terms etc. So you do a month from 1st to the 1st but on the second month if there is school holidays just pay for the week before 1/2 term
obviously only if it works out cheaper
thats how i used to work it when i payed monthly 0 -
Hi Pap and all,
