I received a package in the post today addressed to me. I thought it was going to be a birthday present from my daughter as I had asked for Jamie's 15 Minute meals but it isn't. Instead It is a book called What Delilah Did presents Secret Garden Embroidery. Now I am wondering if it could be a runner up prize for a sewing machine comp. I am not an embroiderer so would not have entered a competition. Also there is a delivery note saying the book cost £14.99.
I most definitely have not ordered this. There is no name or clue who ordered it. I have asked my daughter on Facebook if she has accidentally ordered it but she is not online at the moment. Has anyone else received anything like this? It is my birthday tomorrow but certainly no one in the family would have ordered anything like this for me.
Its from Pavilion Books. I am seeing my daughter this weekend so it is very unlikely she would order something like this for me in this way.

Yes, it is, and I have entered it but I am not sure why because I only usually enter for prizes that I will use. However, its a beautiful book. Thanks very much. I really didn't think it was a win. Maybe its a sign I should take up embroidery for a hobby. The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best0 -

I'm the same on not entering for prizes I won't use, however I've entered one or two for crafts I don't do but have considered taking up... so yes, it's a good start on a new hobby perhaps!
And happy birthday for tomorrow by the way! :beer:Restarted comping July 28th, 20190 -
