Remortgaging with debt/poor credit - help please

My husband and i currently have a mortgage deal thats due to end soon and would like to remortgage but to a higher sum to allow us to clear our credit cards and overdrafts.
Our credit scores arent great however we would still have 75% LTV with the additional borrowing (£10k).
can any one recommend a mortgage company who are likely to lend with poor credit score to borrow more to clear the debt.
