1. The promoter of this competition is:Joules Limited, Joules Building, 16 The Point, Rockingham Road, Market Harborough, Leicestershire, LE16 7QU (“Joules”)The Competition
2. No purchase is necessary to enter or to win the Competition and any purchase made will not increase the chance of winning.
3. This Competition will run for the “Competition Period” which shall be from 00:01am on 3rd May 2016 until 23:59 on 15th June 2016 (the “Closing Date”) (for physical entries made in store, the start and end time shall reflect store opening hours).
4. By entering this Competition you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”). The details of the Competition form part of these T&Cs. You should print and retain a copy of these T&Cs for reference.
5. Any breach of these T&Cs may result in a prize being forfeited, at Joules’ sole discretion.
6. To participate in this Competition, entrants must not be Joules employees, third parties involved in the Competition, their families, agents or anyone else in any way professionally connected with this Competition, and must meet the following requirements (the “Eligibility Criteria”):
   1. Submit the entry via the online form located at www.joules.com during the Competition Period; or
   2. Complete an entry form and post it into the entry box located in our stores during the Competition Period; and
   3. Provide the Entrant's name, e-mail address, postal address and phone number.
7. The Competition must be entered in each Entrant’s own name; it may not be entered on behalf of anyone else. No bulk, software-generated, automatic, or third-party entries shall be accepted. If a false name is used, that Entry will be disqualified.
8. Each Entrant is limited to one Entry. If more than one Entry per Entrant is received, or if any Entrant attempts to submit more than one Entry by using the same, multiple or different names, or e-mail addresses, all such Entries may be deemed void and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Competition.
9. Joules does not accept responsibility for any entries which Joules fails to receive due to third-party or any technical errors.

1. The Prize
2. For the purposes of this Competition a “Family” is defined as 2 adults plus up to 2 children aged under 18.
3. There will be one winner who will win a Family break to Watergate Bay, Cornwall which shall consist of:
   1. A four night stay in a family suite at the Watergate Bay Hotel (the “Hotel”)
   2. One dinner for the Family at Zacry’s restaurant (to be arranged directly with the Hotel)
   3. Private surf lessons for the Family (to be arranged directly with the Hotel, and for children aged 8 years and over)
   4. One lunch for the Family in the Beach Hut (to be arranged directly with the Hotel)
   5. A £500 Joules Gift Card
4. The prize must be taken by May 2017, subject to availability. The prize does not include travel costs, food (save as specified above) or insurance, the winner must arrange their own transport to the Hotel.
5. The Prize is non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. If the Prize is no longer available due to circumstances beyond Joules’ control, a prize of equal or greater value will be provided. The Prize is only redeemable by the named winner. It must not be sold on.
6. Separate terms and conditions are applicable to the Joules gift card.Contacting The Winners
7. The winner will be selected at random after the Closing Date. Joules will make reasonable efforts to notify the winner of the Prize using the email address provided on the completed entry no later than 15th July 2016.
8. Joules is not responsible for email addresses recorded incorrectly. If having made those efforts it is not possible to contact the winner, Joules reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next valid Entrant selected at random. Any reselection will be undertaken in accordance with these T&Cs.
9. The surname of the winner will be obtainable for three months from the Closing Date upon application to Watergate Bay Competition (Winners Details Request), Joules Limited, 16 The Point, Rockingham Road, Market Harborough, Leicestershire, LE16 7QU.

[*]The main Prize winner will be required to provide a current valid major credit card at time of check-in at the Hotel to cover incidentals, and any and all costs, fees, and expenses not expressly provided for as stated in the main Prize description above.
[*]Joules, including its officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents, excludes all liability for any losses and/or damages of whatever nature and howsoever arising to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws.
[*]In consideration of being awarded the Prize, if you are the winner, you may be required by Joules to take part in publicity related to the subject of the Competition, and you now confirm that if you are the winner, you will take part in such publicity.
