Santander - after valuation BTL

Hello,
We have made our application done last saturday.
Valuation was done today.
How long should it take now? - we do BTL (Santander).
4 days today - they say by their service levels 8.9 days from application to offer average.
Do they instruct valuation (which is free) even if then didn`t see documents?

Santander are generally very efficient.
The guideline processing times (I think that's actually working days) are fairly accurate for well documented cases.
Yes they do, certainly with documents/underwriter questions outstanding (but would have to ask one of case managers if that extends to 'no documents')Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
