This weakness identifies you as management material.

I would therefore add that when I start to feel irritated, I take a step back and use that time to review where the project is going, why it is not progressing as expected, and then gather the team to work out together the next steps, providing a lot of praise and encouragement'0 -
I haven't been asked this one in my recent interviews! :j I have prepared for it, and the answer I go for is 'being overly helpful'. The good side of it is that I won't not do something just because it's not in my job description. The downside - not saying 'no'.
Or you come across as someone that can't keep their nose out of other peoples work.
The good side of it is that I won't not do something just because it's not in my job description
Is also a very negative way to look at it.0 -

Very much so.
Someone who doesn't refuse work just because it isn't in their job description = good
Someone who sticks their nose in everyone elses job, normally to the detriment of their own = bad
Depends entirely on how you word it.0 -
