    EDIT: :rotfl::rotfl:Good morning!

I think I may not have a store with the Hollands individual fresh pies in it today as they are over in the North West (and in Market Drayton, Shropshire), so could someone check and confirm they are still 50p please. Otherwise I will assume:eek: they are still on the offer, probably until 28th June (I don't think I saw 12th June last week). It's no use looking on msm:rotfl: (unless the M information is completely different on msm somewhere else in the country - my understanding was that m.com was the same across the entire country and doesn't have regional variations). I might not be in the right store for the Hollands pies on Wednesday either, so might not even see them at all this week:rotfl:. However, who knows what weird items I will see today that I've never seen before?:rotfl::rotfl:

    Good morning all, raining here.

Hope all our absentees are OK.

You back in the swing of work etc now?
    Hope you are ok?

I'm ok thanks. Work still tiring, I'm upping the hours slowly. Up to 7 hours a day at the moment, think I'm supposed to be trying 8 the week after next. Force Dr was very good though and did say it might be a year before I'm at my full quota of 10 due to what my body has been through. He wasn't wrong!!

    How are you?
Well the fireworks were lovely especially the clouds of fireflies. And the horns played 'When you wish upon a star' at the end.

Makes me quite emotional whenever the horn sounds whenever I'm onboard, don't really know why. And whenever other ships try and have a horn battle disney ships blast them out of the water, you can't really beat when I wish upon a star!! Seen a few videos from Liverpool yesterday and it looks fab.

TS, think I've missed you, but have a lovely holiday.

Right, I better go and get my skates on (well, my swimming costume really!) for aqua. I do 2 normal aqua, 1 aqua zumba, plus a normal zumba class a week as well as swimming my mile on a Sunday. Would never have thought I would be that active! :rotfl:

:hello:LS lovely to see you ...hope all is good with you

Just had a strange experience ..went out to have a little peep in the nest and see how the babies are doing and suddenly got hit on the head by Mum on her way to feed them ...was this a warning that I should keep away I think ...so need to avoid this temptation in future ..

A couple of things that might be worth mentioning re CS...

T are doing a meal deal to coincide with the football of a very large rectangular pizza and a pack of fosters radlers amongst one of the drinks choices for £5....not the most healthy pizza deal but with the CS £1 off on the radlers it makes the deal not bad at £4

T are also doing plenty of till spits for 50p off the mac and cheese pot noodles to at the moment and there seem to also be lots of these till spits blowing round the car park and in trollys....combine that with the 50p cashback on CS and its free

some of these deals migh also be on COS...but I gave up with them a while back so dont keep up to date there anymore
frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

    2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend

DD has just reminded me it was 5 years ago today that we went to see Elton John. Same weather too, it was blooming freezing sitting in that football stadium waiting, then suddenly he came on stage and the weather was forgotten...

That was the night I fell in love with Nigel Olsson - I've never seen anyone so happy.
